Beautiful Art, Designed for Sacred Lights
Inspired by the timeless beauty of heirloom Judaica with a contemporary twist, this piece, with its delicate watercolor florals, is designed to accompany and elevate your Shabbat candle-lighting ritual.
At the center is the Hadlakat Nerot, the Shabbat candle-lighting blessing, an invitation to usher peace, light, and spiritual presence into your space. The prayer, rooted in generations of Jewish practice, carries themes of protection, sanctity, and connection.
The text is written with Bluth's custom typeface, based on her hand-scribed lettering, with each Hebrew letter holding mystical meaning in its form. Bluth was trained as a Soferet, the spiritual craft of ritual calligraphy, and has over ten years of experience scribing and creating Jewish sacred art. Her practice blends tradition and contemporary design, bringing forward the depth, symbolism, and intentional beauty embedded in Hebrew letterforms.
Printed on Giclee, museum-quality, archival cold-pressed paper.
